ENERGY

  • Manufacturing facility is equipped with 1 mw roof top solar power plant.
  • Another 4 mw Ground mounted solar power plant is also supplying green energy.
  • Power purchase agreement with wind mills power generation agency.
  • All the machineries are equipped with drives for optimum energy consumption.
  • We are using natural conveyor dryer which saves 60 % of tumble dryer machine.
  • We have installed Forbes Marshall Effimax system for monitoring boiler functions for energy savings.



WATER MANAGEMENT

  • We are having CGWA permission for ground water extraction.
  • We have installed flow meters at each water consumption point for monitoring & control consumption.
  • We are having two RO plants to supply RO water as per requirement.
  • We are recycling all non contact cooling water into system.
  • We are recycling 70 % condensate water in boiler feed water saves water and coal.
  • We are having rain water harvesting system.




CHEMICAL MANAGEMENT

  • We are using all chemicals with ZDHC level 3 certified chemicals.
  • We are using Zero Formaldehyde Resins for wrinkle 3D finishes.
  • We are doing periodical testing as per ZDHC protocol.
  • We are doing Effective Recycling of indigo, Sulfur & caustic with suitable infrastructure.



ENVIORNMENT

  • We are following GPCB compliances, and effluent is treated at CETP.
  • We are periodically doing testing as per GPCB norms – Air, Water, Effluent, Boiler stack.
  • We have planted trees for green cover.
  • We have installed ESP in boiler for control of smoke and complete combustion of coal.
